Well that's 3 down finally

Took me foddering off a Fallen Takumi for Spd Smoke, giving Smite and Refining Zanbato for its Effective refine for Soleil but Xander Abyssal is finally done

Given that the only rewards for Abyssal are accessories, I can't help but think, wow, that was not worth it.

I don't even use Fallen Takumi and I already had him as a 5*, and I've been meaning to upgrade Zenbato for Soleil anyways (I've already had it on her since I had a spare Gray when I started to build her), I had over 400 refining Stones and over 20k Arena Medals, so is it really a waste

We do these things to show we can complete the challenges on our own terms. I foddered a L!Robin to Felicia for Cancel Affinity just to beat Marth's Abyssal. The only minor regret is that Jamke came with free CA literally days later.

It doesn't matter. Soleil has now more skills which makes her more versatile. Whatever potentially useful skill is better on a unit that you like than collecting dust on the bench. Feathers come and go.

Fundamentally different priorities in how we play the game, I suppose. I do it mostly as a character collecting game, so the idea of foddering 5-star units (especially your only one) just to pass a map that doesn't even give good rewards is baffling to me.

Absolutely. It was a long time before I even considered killing my only copy of a 5* exclusive (Deirdre to give Felicia Speed Ploy, long before Saias was released). The thing is, there are so many units released and a limited amount of orbs (and I have spent money on the game). At some point I accepted the fact that getting every unit is not reasonable (I am a day-1 player that has never summoned B!Lyn).

Now I get more joy from building up versatile/op units, which requires foddering units. Lately I level them to 40, and max their HM before saying goodbye. That's how I collect them :D

Fallen Takumi is so fun why fodder him LOL. Ever see 4 x 5* Fallen Takumis in action? Better yet, 5-6x 5* Fallen Takumi in Aether raid is a nightmare.

Why Fodder him, because He was literally the only Spd Smoke fodder I had, I don't use him, with Grails I could easily get him back, I still have 2 4*'s of him, I needed the Spd Smoke for Soleil to out speed the Inf Green Mage on the map in order to kill him and not have the healer tp over to him and kill Soleil, I'd rather not spend 120k feathers making 6 5* Fallen Takumi's just for a mode that my current team does fairly well as it is, yah it's fun to watch people panic from it (watched a video of someone with 5 of them) but I'd rather spend those 120k feathers on a merge project

Why would I just have a unit in my barrack's that is just wasting space when he has fodder to give
