Well she's almost done

Just need to upgrade her assist which I'll do after the daily rotation tomorrow, and need to give her a better b skill, I do have a spare Chill Spd YT.Olivia so I might give it to her, I would give her DC but no fodder for it at (maybe when both Adrift Corrin and Lector are on the same L.Banner), and then Seal might give her Darting Stance to patch up the -Spd but might give her something else not sure yet maybe QR3 to work with WB Aether

I gave her WB for 3 reason's, 1 being I wanted to give her a little more res, 2. I didn't have any SB and FB fodder, 3. I wanted that special charge +1 so she could trigger Aether every match as long as she double's and doesn't kill on first hit

If you don't mind the experimentation, you could give her Water Breath from Kana and refine it for resistance.

Yah could work since I could refine it with spd to cover the -Spd while boosting her hp a little, I actually wanted to build a mix tank dragon a while back with Water breath Bracing Stance (pre Fort. Def/Res) and Close Def seal, so it could work

Yeah I would give her QR if you decide to ditch speed altogether. You have to remember though she has 39 speed when next to an ally. It's prefered to hit about 45ish speed to make the most use of it or have a speed debuff.

More importantly are you gonna run her with hot Corrin?

Nice. Did not consider a breath build as I feel like atk/spd bond is a very powerful a skill. But yeah with +atk-Spd it makes sense. Now I am considering a sb build for my +Res-Def hmm
