Well, it could have been worse.

Spent all my orbs (125) pulling only greens in Sonya's banner.
With my very last orbs, I managed to pull a +res/-hp Sonya.
Considering how many other people posted how they spent significantly less orbs for many more 5*s, I'm a little disappointed, but I also managed to pull a +spd/-hp 4* Nino and a 4* Boey to feed to Zephiel earth boost 3.

So basically, I don't need another Green mage ever.
Add a +atk/- res Julia and a +atk/- res Boey to the 2 I pulled today.

Time to start saving orbs again.

OP those who spend 300 orbs on a banner and get jack don't usually brag about it. So the people you are seeing get x amount of 5*s in a small amount of orbs are the outliers.

I personally got hammered on this banner. 250 orbs for no dealthea, though I did get my pity rate broken with a +atk rein. It's all rng luck turns eventually for everyone.

My delthea was kinda weird, she was a blndue with a horse and an anti-cav lance.
Also, her stats suck.
And by that i mean a +hp - def mathilda ruined my Rate.

What's the point of Julia (+atk/-res) or Sonya (-hp/+res) now that I have the best possible Nino (-hp/+spd)? I'm not including Boey in this question.
I know that Sonya will be the most defensive with 35 res, Julia second most with 29 and Nino last with 26. Does that matter for the arena? I have a -atk Minerva I can dump into Nino for an easy LnD3 and a Shanna for desperation 3.
Sonya is guaranteed to be a bonus hero for the next 2 arena seasons, so there's that bonus. That and of the 3, she's the most ready to duel green and blue mages.
Julia has always been a mainstay for me in the arena- she takes care of anything blue and has G Tomebreaker.
Nino is more dependent on buffs, but I have Erika and Ephraim.

I really like all 3, but it happens invariably that I will only spend most time on one of them. Should it be Nino once I get her to 5*?

Thats pretty much the best IV for Nino, so you should. Plus she's more cute than Sonya and Boey.

Run fury on nino just do it.

Nino can struggle to tank good reinhardts, she can't tank any if you opt for lnd. That's the biggest reason why you would run a sonya/julia in arena.
