Well, this happened...

While trying to summon for Eldigan and Ayra on the TT Banner, this man came to my doorstep...His IVs are -HP +RES. Any suggestions on how to build him, or should I just keep him for Brave Sword+ fodder?

Answers

You could run Darting Blow and give him Spd+3 seal and threaten Spd to run Brave Sword quad set. Or you could see if you have a good 4* one, upgrade, and merge. Are there any Heroes you currently have that need Brave Sword?

I would suggest fodder him off to someone like Hana. If he had +atk iv then I would consider keeping him.
