Lol it's so weird when that happens.

I can't find the screenshot right now, but I recall running into 3 Lachesis once... accompanied by maybe 2 other healers.

My best encounters were an Alm with a Faye, a Celica and a Clair, also an Ike and 3 Sorens.

I found the 3 Lachesis screenshot. Turns out they were accompanied by a Sakura and a Tiki.... and judging by my team here, it happened during Tempest Trials.
