Weird IV Lewyn

After getting pity Broken 3 times, I was finally able to pull my Windy Boy and I couldn't be happier. But here's the thing, He's +ATTACK!!! but he's also -speed... Now, I know it's not that big of a deal because 37 speed is definitely not bad at all, especially taking into account buffs and stuff. But idk... I don't quite know what to do now, to be honest... I was thinking about using him with Blazing wind since it synergizes so well with him (Forseti and Special Spiral). I would, of course, need to run flashing blade on him for it to be optimal. But will 37 speed suffice? Should I keep swift sparrow? Maybe Life and Death to secure the special cooldown and the kill? Help me out, please.

Ye blazing wind is his best set for those ivs. And LnD is better for it since blazing wind calculates by visible stats.

As long as ur seting up on a slower unit hell be fine. Might wanna go with heavy blade. Hell have 56-62 atk with LnD and atk wave

Since I haven't invested in the heavy blade seal I had completely forgotten about its existence. Guess I'll have to start from there. Thanks for the advice!

The thing about AoE specials on Lewyn is the risk of getting hit with vantage. Not that high, but it can cripple him if you don't have someone to bring his HP back up.

I've been using this IV in PvE and he demolishes with impunity. Haven't tried 716 range in arena.
