Weapon refinery for Lilina and?

I will go for Lilina as I wanted to build her for a long time.
Have another 20k feathers and enough dew for trying one of the following Units:
A) +SPD Fir for nameless blade (not sure what it does 16mt wodao + slaying?)
B) +res-HP Ephraim for flaming Sigmund (sounds pretty awesome)
C) +SPD-res Eirika (fully build already but haven't used her since last summer when I stopped working with blade tomes)

1. Who is LiliANA?
2. I would say eirika. Fir, even with her weapon, is still meh only being able to reach 41 atk. I don't really like Ephriam with flame siegmund because it's more situational than his normal weapon and lacking horse movement means you can't just go out and kill reliably. Eirika is geat, being able to provide support for allies as well as her self, and with the right buffs, she could become extremely powerful.
