Water (blessing) tribe team comp

Would a marisa and +Spd-Def summer xander make a good team with Fjorm's blessing? Though both have decently high speed (Xander only at 33, but with blessing, weapon refinement, possibly fury in the A slot, and team supports I feel he should be fast enough to double most units). I figured two with infantry pulse would make it better to switch Fjorm over to something like Iceberg/glacies+QR since it'll be ready to fire off immediately. From there its either infantry healer or archer depending on how the upcoming event that requires blessings plays out.

Alternatively rather than slamming both of my infantry pulses in one place, I could put a +def/-Res Lyn in instead of Marisa or a -atk+spd P!Azura in in place of summer xander
