I still desire fallen lyon
I want a Fallen Alm.
Not only because I'm an Alm Fanboi, but because it would make sense.
In another reality Mila couldn't safe Cecila from death and Alm became overwhelmed by sadness and anger. Blind of rage he tries to fight Duma on his own and loses. Duma corrupts his mind and so Fallen Alm comes into reality.
Maybe that his Falchion wouldn't have effective damage against dragons anymore but against infantry units.
Fallen Alm sounds like a good idea.
Again off topic: Lain as a name does have a nice ring to it. I watched the whole series but somewhere near end it was mostly 20 miuntes of pure confusion. I enjoyed it but I wished they would have tried to create a more consistent story line.. some kind of red thread. I don't know.
What really stands out is the intro song though. Whenever I think about the series or just read your name, it starts playing in my head :D

That whole "confusion" thing at the end sums the whole anime together.
Like the ending in the second Evangelion Movie. I had NO fuckin' clue what happend but it looked glorious and was even more impressed after reading what it could mean.
The anime itself is just a big meme where a 13 year old girl just becomes literally god at the end what makes it funny and cool at the same moment. Not every anime needs to have a consistent story or a red thread, sometimes it's just nice to see some good animations. That's atleast my opinion.

The above stated idea of fallen Alm sounds intersting as well.
Comming back to Emmeryn and the recently announced "adrift" banner, I have to say I do wish that Emmeryn makes her way to FEH. I see her as somewhat the "original" Mikoto, given that their respective story role is pretty much... the same and they do look alike. And i really prefer Emmeryn over Mikoto.
