Wary fighter builds?

Just wondering, as I was looking at Zepheil's skills, if a wary fighter build would work on Hardin or Grima, but if I use it on Grima, I will have to change Atk/spd bond to something that boosts his survivability, if it doesn't work just say it doesn't, no need for long explanations on why it won't work
