Wary Fighter and breaker skills

Does Wary Fighter cancel out breaker skills? I could've sworn they didn't. I'm using Laslow for the lunatic paralogue quests and he doesn't double Chrom when Chrom attacks.

They do cancel out. However, after they are canceled out, normal speed calculations are applied, so if the unit 5 speed slower than you, you get to double, otherwise, you wont. Therefore you could also say the breaker skill cancels out Wary fighter.
