Warding Breath +Res Dorcas Worthwhile?

I have a +Res -Hp Dorcas, who currently has the vanilla kit. Should I fodder my free VL Ike to Dorcas and make a Res tank build with Warding Breath?

He's on a team currently with a physically defensive Nowi, Lyon, and an extreme glass cannon Galeforce Soleil. I have another neutral VL Ike, so foddering Warding Breath is pretty much my only plan for him.

Or would Zelgius (+Atk-Res) or Fjorm (Neutral) be better? If none of the options here are great, feel free to give some suggestions.I definitely don't have most Armor units, so don't even mention those.
