Walhart

I thought it would be nice for him to eventually get his own GHB. Awakening was also my first FE game and Walhart was by far my favorite antagonist of the game, so there's a bit of bias behind my opinion of him. For the stats, I took them directly from the latest time you fight him on Lunatic difficulty (Atk stat being his in-game Str + the MT of his weapon). Of course, that also means that some of the stats will be ridiculous.

Walhart (Infernal GHB stats)
80 HP/61 Atk/37 Spd/38 Def/29 Res
Weapon: Wolf Berg: Might: 18. Enables counterattack regardless of distance if this unit is attacked.
Assist: Rally Atk/Spd
Special: Aegis (starts with a charge of 1)
A skill: Conquest: Neutralizes "effective against" bonuses.
B skill: Vantage 3
C skill: Panic Ploy 3

Stats, weapon, and A skill mimic what he came with in Awakening. Assist, special, B skill, and C skill were added just to make him more annoying. Discounting user specials, a sword unit that can double needs 65 Atk to ORKO, while a red mage (without a blade tome) that can double needs 58 Atk to ORKO (70 Atk when Aegis is factored in). Possible, but obviously a bit ridiculous. Let's not forget about potential allies he'd have on this map as well.

Walhart (actual unit)
45 HP/51 Atk/30 Spd/38 Def/21 Res
Weapon: Wolf Berg: Might: 18. Enables counterattack regardless of distance if this unit is attacked.
Assist: None
Special: Sacred Cowl
A skill: Conquest: Neutralizes "effective against" bonuses.
B skill: None
C skill: Spur Atk 3

Probably what most people would call a green Xander, albeit with slightly higher stats, most notably speed. A nice unit on its own, but horse buffs would probably make him quite overpowered.

Something similar could be done with Garon. He would be an infantry unit, so people may see him as more "balanced" since he can't receive horse buffs.

Though they already have a lotes shield on camus if I recall that is the same as conquest & walharts weapon with 18 might would be strictly better that all the other DC weapons. Additionally the defense 2 speed gap isn't really as large compaired to most units so Walharts stats from highest to loest would be Hp>Atk>Def>Spd>Res where def&spd are fairly close.

Skill set could include but isn't limited to:
harsh command - because he is harsh
Fury - because he is actually fast and FURYious
lotes shield - refernece to actual conquest skill
sol - as reference to the blade he uses named sol within the game and having it's actual design very similar 2 him

An f2p cavalry unit with an 18Mt, built-in distant counter weapon and armor BST. What could possibly go wrong?

I'm all for a non-Hector physical green unit that is relevant; but I don't think we need any more OP horse emblem units anytime soon.

As nice as it would be, I agree with you. I've seen people talking about wanting bow cavaliers, and all I can think of when I hear that is "people want to add a colorless Reinhardt to the game".
