W! Lissa refinement question

So I managed to pull a +spd -hp and was wondering which Handbell refinement I should get. I was thinking atk, but would going spd increase it enough with my +spd already? Her 30 speed is in the middle and wasn't sure with my +spd boon if going +spd refinement would be worth to push her for doubles. I'm open to anything really

+Spd is better. If you go with +Spd she will reach 36 Spd, which is fine but then you can add Hone Armor buffs and she will be at a nice 42 Spd (44 if she's attacked). And that's without an A-skill, Seal, Summoner or Ally Support so you're open to increase her speed even more.

If it's +spd the best refinement should be +spd if you want to use her for player phase.
Also if you can, the slaying axe should be better.
