A vote, of sorts

I'm having a little trouble deciding, and need your guy's help!!

For my next 5*+10 project, I have a few candidates: Caeda, Nowi, Lachesis, Lukas, and Ogma.

Before we begin, please take the following into consideration:
- My main arena team is Flying Emblem, Cordelia, Cherche, and Camilla all 5*+10 + completely built. I have Elincia as my red flyer, she's at +2 and getting copies for merges is going to take FOREVER.
- I just started working on an infantry team, and really want to mess around with Infantry Pulse. I was lucky enough to complete my 5*+10 Mia, and have a +5 Performing Azura that I will try to finish also next banner she becomes available so these two spots are set in stone.

I am going to post a pic of each unit, fully built the way I would like them to be setup with a quick description of my personal thoughts on each. Any input/suggestions from you would be greatly appreciated!

I only really need Caeda to be a +10 for my main team. I already have a perfect IV 5*, and six 4*'s ready to promote.

Nowi is the probably the best for Arena due to her higher BST, weapon refine, and balanced stats.

If you want to pick someone less meta, Caeda seems like a really nice fit for your Flier Emblem team--especially with her Wing Sword to take deal with pesky Armors that you will encounter and her high Res to take on Dragons.

Lachesis isn't really needed for either team, but this build looks like so much FUN! I have never built up a healer, and non of my other units would have any sort of similar build so she would be incredibly unique. Her stats are pitiful, not too sure how effective she would be in arena but I'm sure she is amazing in other game modes. I have a base 5* and four 4*'s that are ready to promote, so I would need to acquire more copies to complete.

Build close counter shattered glass!! Clearly you're not a budget player, so try out this build (flex if you have different b skills)
Pain+(either refine)
Rehabilitate+/ movement skill (healer or nuke lol)
Miracle
Close counter
Dazzling/wrathful staff
Savage blow

I'm sure you're familiar with similar builds, but because you're willing to sac a takumi/wtharja build a goddess of area damage lol

My only problem with Lukas, is that he will have the same HP as Nowi. This is a bit of a conflict if he is on the same team with Nowi w/Infantry Pulse. I have perfect IV 5*+1, and only three 4*'s ready to promote.

Everyone knows why Nowi is great, and I know she would make an excellent member on an Infantry Pulse team. I currently have a base 5* with +Atk/-Hp, and only three 4*'s ready to promote. Might take awhile to get the IV's I want and the other copies to complete the project.

Ogma is overlooked and highly underrated in my opinion. With 56HP, he is perfect for an Infantry Pulse team, ensuring the three other units all get special cooldowns. I have a perfect IV 5*+2 already (thanks pity breakers lol) and eight 4*'s ready to promote and finish him.
