It's said that Spd boon is always the best option for a blade set, but I have in this moment a +Att -Def Nino 3Star, and I'd thought on use her. My other Nino has +Spd -Res. Which do you think is better for blade set?

Damage can be accumulated by the other hones such as hone atk/spd, Fortify def /res. It all adds up to the damage dealt. However if you want to double, your base speed before hone speed must be high to ensure doubles, therefore speed boon is the best boon.
if you find that to be the issue you could have a unit run fortify res 3 and use her with a healer if you are that worried
However, assuming that you are running desperation 3 in nino's b slot. A healer would no longer be necessary as she'll double units without taking damage when below 75% health, that's a assuming that she can 1 shot during the double on player phase
My Nino is currently +7. I used other IV's until I didn't get +spd/-hp. So eventually you will probably get better IV's, taking in consideration that you want to supermerge her at some point. Even with -res, it's better to go with +spd. Since you get more damage fro bonuses on her, you don't get more spd. so spd is more important as boon than att
