Veronica A skill needed

Since every build in her analysis suggests atk/spd push (which I don't have) I don't know what else is good? Her IV's are +atk/-hp
Why can't staffs use swift sparrow?
darting blow?? LnD?

Speed +3 is a very simple yet very effective option for Veronica, especially on a Horse/Tactics team.

Brazen Atk/spd 3, but you will need a Reciprocal Aid to enter the threshold, or try to tank a enemy attack.

Staff users cannot inherit Reciprocal Aid nor Ardent Sacrifice

But your teammate can, so they tank the hit and swap hp with her. Bit of a set up but still workable.

I would recommend Close Counter, but it's a rare skill (unless you have the free Takumi), but the problem is, I think Close counter fits better on a Pain+ (Wrath), Vantage 3, Savage Blow, Savage Blow set.
I would go for Brazen Atk/Spd or a defensive skill, Like Close Def or Distant Def.
