Variation on cancer emblem

This is another setup that is likely to claim one casualty and then fail completely. Would you have gotten through without losing a unit? I nearly didn't.

I'm calling it "variation on cancer emblem" because they both fall apart pretty easily after taking out one unit.

I wish I could know whether its owner lost any lift when I got through, because I'd be rather satisfied to know that I was able to punish this setup without losing a unit. It's not a good strategy. (Actually, what I'd like even better is to see the reaction when he/she sees how I cleared. I had probably one solution only in all five of my raiding parties, so powerful is Ophelia.)

That lunge is sneaky. Sets you up into Ophelia’s arms.

I am guessing you used Nowi?

Report

The lunge isn't especially relevant. Ophelia gets danced anyways.

Nowi has -res so she can't tank the AoE even with a dual rally. I was short like 2HP.

you can galeforce kill eldigan and ophelia.
I believe unit like LEirika can tank 2 azura with fortify cav.

Report

LEirika can do it.
I believe Broy can also do it, but he need both fort cav and hone cav.
or you can use unit like soleil with slaying edge galefoce.
you just need to smite or dance her though.

yeah, galeforce is so useful in AR.
I myself changed my Bephraim from ignis to galeforce just for AR.

Report

I want a more consistent galeforcer. I have B.Celica with QP seal, and she's currently my only galeforcer. Saved me on this map along with my bolt tower, funnily enough.

Report

I am not sure what is consistent galeforcer though, but you can try pull for Hrid.
he will be a potent red galeforce with his weapon, since he can break through wary fighter.
or you can wait till february so we can pull ephraim together!

I mean, Lunge only triggers if you don't die. My Nowi could easily tank and KO Eldigan, especially because I'm pretty sure that Deflect Melee doesn't affect Manakete units. Then I'd just Reposition her out with Fae, watch Ophelia move out, KO her frailness with my Fae, and then let my Lyon deal with the two Azuras.

It's a solid team, but if you can beat Eldigan it tends to crumble more.

Report

I'm not sure what you mean.

After getting danced, Ophelia can hit any square that Eldigan can hit unsupported. If you end a turn in Eldigan's range, you will get hit by both Eldigan and Ophelia before you get to use reposition or dance.
