Vantage anti-boldfighter?

K so as most (if not all) of us agree, bold fighter is disgusting, but we still have to deal with it. I came up with an idea but it seems a bit unnecessary so I want to see what people think.

And I'm approaching this as someone who likes fast tanks who expect to block doubles using their spd and maybe QR back. (Probably not so much in this build, but as a principle of fast tanks.)

One way to deal with bold fighter is just hit them twice and throw a bonfire in their face or at least a moonbow and take them out before their QR means anything. They're usually slow and easy to double. Now, what if we did this on enemy phase? They're easy to double, right?

So for example, Soleil, and we'll use a general IV such as +spd -HP.
Wo dao+spd
Sol
Brazen atk/def
Vantage
Atk smoke
Flashing blade

She'll have maybe 20HP left after her first skirmish if you pick your fights and use ally support. So the brazen activates, and she has 35 def. Here comes Zelgius. We strike first! Any steady breath / close def isn't going to activate, so let's say he has 38 def. We hit for 21 damage because brazen is active. He has 52 atk. He hits for 17 damage. Ouch! Our turn. We have 41 spd, so we have a natural double. 31 damage, so he's done. No black luna. And we heal for around 13HP. It won't be quite enough to sustain, but with some ally support and maybe some close guard she might actually be able. If sustain isn't a concern, something like bonfire can make sure of deleting the opponent.

Special mention to Owain, who can actually do it with aether thanks to that amazing weapon of his. Combined with flashing blade, he gets extra charges from attacks in both directions as long as he's fast enough, which is basically a faux special fighter without the guard effect. Personally I think he's actually safer with blue flame + brazen atk/def + wrath with the intention of just deleting his opponent in one hit, but that build doesn't self-sustain so this is an interesting alternative.

The main argument I can think of against all of this is that bold fighter is for the most part only in arena and a bit in GC, where it's not that hard to just reposition your units out and then attack into them next player phase. Then vantage could be swapped out for anything - wrath, renewal, special spiral, etc.

The Player Attack > Vantage kill is something I was interested in some time ago. I stole this exact idea from a person on Youtube who did it with Michaelis (Ignis). In a way, it's a cool way to use Vantage. My only problem with this is that Arena isn't always picking off one guy at a time, whereas others can come and disrupt the battles from the sides. Against Armours without Armour March, it might be more feasible.

By the way, this is the only strategy I've seen that incorporates Melee Deflect really well:

I saw the vantage ignis combo too and it's high percentage as long as other units don't start jumping in, especially ranged units.

What I thought I might have done is create a way for fast tanks to beat bold fighters on enemy phase without resorting to guard or even getting doubled. But it seems unnecessary anyways (for one, because bonus unit meta but also) because if it works with vantage, just hit them first on player phase right?
