Useless Nephenee or?

u can still use her just refine her weapon to attack to fix the minus attack

If you're gonna fodder Nephenee, fodder Wrath. Anyone can now take a killer lance(Most notably comes on Gwendolyn, who is 3 star/4 star availability) and refine it into a Slaying Lance, but only Nephenee(a 5 star exclusive) can give Wrath.

First off no Nephenee is useless (that Wrath skill is inheritance gold). As for building this one if you have others options for a lance user i would stick with those. A -Atk IV really puts the hurt on her in terms of damage output, 42 Atk (before refinement) is on the weak side and she will miss quite a few kills regardless of her build. Don't use her weapon as fodder since Killer lances can be upgraded into Slaying lances via refinement and are usually much easier to get your hands on. Her most valuable asset is that Wrath skill as a great many units can really benefit from having it.

If you are gonna fodder something it should be her wrath skill.
Slaying lance can easily be obtained refining a killer lance.

I got extremely lucky and within 50 orbs got 3 Nephs during Hero Fest, then pulled an additional one on the Breath of Destiny free summon. I had already used her a lot, but now I have:

Slaying Lance+Def
Rally Def/Res
Bonfire
Distant Counter
Wrath 3
Attack Smoke 3
Distant Defense 3

And she is a total monster. I can't wait to grab another Chrom for Aether (only other one went to my Dorcas).

Ahem. USE HER. She tanks physical damage extremely well, and I ran her vanilla skill set for months with much success as well. Her Atk isn't that great anyway, she's there to nuke things with Wrathful specials.
