It's the fact that another dragon is coming with another skill that can help Dragon Emblem when people already dislike seeing Dragon Emblem on a regular basis ever since Myrrh was added.

While I know, like Myrrh, Grima!Robin has more weaknesses than practically every other unit: (Divine) Naga, Falchion, Armorsmasher, Slaying Spear, Slaying Hammer, it's still exciting to see Grima, who I thought was never gonna be added into FEH, get added into FEH.

And in all likelihood, he's gonna have the highest BST of all because
1) Dragon and Armored both have boosted BST, and now you've put them together
2) He IS a final boss of a game. It would only be appropriate.

Dragons don't have boosted BST (Corrin/Adult Tiki have normal melee infantry stats). Traineees have boosted BST, and there's no way that Grima is a trainee.

I did wonder why they didn’t make him a blue unit but I guess if he comes with a potentially boosted heavily BST then it makes sense that he has more counters than just hammer/Deirdre and Julia.

Yeah, I think it's partly a nice reference to the Falchion being "the only thing" to strike him down (in Awakening and *spoilers* Echoes post-story). Also, Chrom slaying a corupted Robin really fits the theme imo
