Use for heavy blade

I pulled an extra regular Ike with trash IVs, and I was wondering who uses heavy blade well in the a-slot. I do have a +attack -hp fallen Celica who I feel could use it, but I feel like she prefers fury, and I have a +1 +def regular Ephraim who I could go with a gale force build on. Other than those two, does anyone have any suggestions or should I possibly just wait to inherit it off?

I don't know I feel like Heavy Blade is better being used as a seal since there are better a slots that could be put in instead. I think maybe putting his sword breaker or his special onto someone else but not heavy blade. Though I can not really think of anyone that would use it in a slot besides Ike, maybe Cordelia?

I use Heavy Blade on my Ryoma (who has Aether) and Firesweep Cordelia (who uses Galeforce). Just about anyone with 50+ ATK can use Heavy Blade effectively.

Guess that answer works too.

fallen Celica can use heavy blade a slot and something like a close defense c slot and run arther to keep her at full health.
