Use for a Hawkeye?

Pulled a 5* Hawkeye this morning right after Grima. Is Hawkeye a worthwhile unit to build up, or is it a better idea to fodder off his Slaying Axe?

Depends on IVs. Hawkeye has some good attack as well as mixed bulk, so he can be a good enemy-phase unit. Give him Quick Riposte because his speed is so low.

Is he outclassed? Yes.
Can he be a good unit? Depends on how much you invest.
