Unusual Characters to Build: Oboro

Although I don't have more much familiarity with Oboro from her game of origin, I've grown to like her here and I want to make an effective build for her. As is my custom, I was curious to see if people have any ideas, budget and premium, that work for her.

Well I haven't tried it but her weapon with spd refinery + reposition + luna/moonbow and then a)fury3/life and death3 b)axebreaker3/desperation3 c)threatenatk/threatendef
they might work!
