An unorthodox build for Hoshidan Elincia

Yesterday I pulled a +speed -res Elincia, and I like building offensive dancers that offer support too. So I was thinking I'd keep attack/speed push, not sure about her b slot (maybe wings if mercy), then I was thinking of giving her smoke dagger with a speed refine and Savage blow for her C-slot. The idea is she cripples enemies and gets a little extra damage on the ones two spaces away. For her seal I like the idea of quickened pulse, so she might be able to kill any non-red mage that initiates on her at 100 percent hp, or she could just use it against a blue. To help her get the kill, I'm thinking glimmer, since moonbow won't do much against mages. Any unique build suggestions or is this a good idea?
