Units that can fully use Hardy Bearings?

I just got the sacred seal and I'm wondering what type of unit can utilize this sacred seal as it seems rather strong. Brave users? If they're not a quad attacker they won't have vantage/desperation so maybe something like a death blow brave sword/axe/Lance/bow?

The description says it negates any skills that change attack priority, so I do not think it will affect brave weapons. However I think it will negate passive skills like Vantage and Desperation since those change attack order. I'll probably put mine on a blue lance user to make killing all of those Ryomas in the arena easier.

It's good on a unit with one of the Area of Effect specials because it an proc an you won't have to worry about it putting the unit you're attacking in vantage range

My guess is ranged 1-shot nukes that shouldn't be taking return fire or residual Fury dmg in the process.

Celica with her Ragnarok and Renewal might be viable for example.

I agree. I've actually been using this seal on my renewal Celica and can confirm it really does help a lot when trying to take out Sonya in TT and common vantage users such as Ryoma, Ike, and especially Hector in arena.

Alright I see some pretty good options. The Celica option seems really interesting if only I have her lol. I feel this scared seal is going to be very helpful tho especially in the arena
