Unit Who Got New Prf Weapons

Most seem to get an upgrade on their inheritable weapon with exception of Cherche (Armor effectiveness - brave), Hinoka (brave - stat buff) and Camilla (brave - stat buff). Are there others I've forgotten or is it only these fliers that break the pattern? I'm just thinking about the likeliness of what some of my statistically worse but loved units might get.

Also, before anyone points him out, Karel roughly stays the same as his inheritable weapon's effect is his prf's refine.

Well, there often is a reason
For Cherche it's an upgrade of her most used weapon.
For Camilla and Hinoka the weapons work with their faction. (Nohr's cavalier and Hoshido's foot soldiers.)

I get the reasons, I'm wondering if there are other units who's weapon changed from their base that I've forgotten about.

Soren with his Wind brand that has chill atk and owl tome, Lilina with chill res and death blow refine. Previously they had "silver" tomes.
Felicia that got adaptive damage, she also had silver dagger before.
Raven who got Basilikos, before he had brave axe.

Wow, there were a lot I'd forgotten, thanks for them. Now I know they do change things up sometimes, though they kind of have to for the silver weapons.
