Unit Promotion & Weapon Refinery Priority List

Hey ladies and gents, after spending my time at the hospital for more than a week, I just got discharged today and saw that I missed out on a lot of things. Sadly, I missed those previous banners when they gave out those 50 Orbs.

Ah well, that Hector looks promising. (Makes me laugh every time.)

Anyway...

For units, which unit should I promote in order?
(I only have 24k Feathers at this time)

Raven (+Spd/-HP)
- His Basilikos looks interesting

Caeda (+Atk/-HP)
- Flashing Blade effect looks very appealing, too...

Leon (Slaying Bow+ Fodder)
- My Monster Jakob can't get enough of me; I need his service :v

Lyon (Neutral)
- One of my favorite villains of all times, and... I never properly built a Raventome user throughout my experience in Heroes

Sophia (+Atk/-Spd)
- Basically another Lyon, but more available and pretty much the same role as him

Soleil (+Spd/-HP)
- Slowly working on her as my +10 merge project. Also, she's cute :v

For Weapon Refinery, which weapons should I refine?
(I have over 100 Refining Stones and exactly 200 Divine Dews)

Falchion (Alm's)

Felicia's Plate (Felicia was already promoted prior to the update)

Basilikos (if Raven is chosen first to be promoted)

Wing Sword (if Caeda is chosen first to be promoted)

Eckesachs

Slaying Lance+ (Nephenee's)

Slaying Axe+ or Sack O' Gifts+ (Amelia's)

Slaying Axe+ (Beruka's)

Slaying Bow+ (Monster Jakob's; if Leon was chosen to be promoted first)

I'd choose Raven as the first promotion and Raven again as the first person to have a refined weapon. He can have Life and Death 6 and become the ultimate Glass Canon unit.

Next, I'd pick Caeda, but only if you have Flier Emblem. Her Wing Sword is really good, especially with its refinement. Problem is that she still have fairly low attack, and her speed would need some increasing from buffs.

I really like these awesome weapon (refinery) buffs for these heroes, so I'm gonna try to make the most of these if possible.

Raven is easy to plus 10, but I upgraded Alm first. I have a +Atk -Res Alm and was using him as a renewal battery. His Falchion is amazing with the heavy blade seal and moonbow.

Raven will be next. I like the L&D 6 build.

A Caeda with +ATK is very strong. Slap a fury on her with an attack +3 seal to let her surpass 50 attack and still have 40 speed, and that’s unmerged. A +3 merged Caeda hits 41 speed and 52 attack with an attack boon and neutral speed. Desperation makes her able to function on her own outside of flier emblem, but flier emblem makes her so much stronger.

I think Alm's Falchion is by far the best weapon to refine in the current meta because he smashes through manaketes including Nowi and armour units so well. Basilikos for Raven is a close second, but giving LnD 6 is not optimal because he won't survive a counterattack half the time to consistently activate desperation. Giving fury to offset some of the lost defenses are better imo
