Sakura - Loving Priestess (OG)
Sakura's Festal (Mt 14) After combat if unit attacked; inflicts Atk - 7 to foes within 2 spaces.
(Refined) Dazzling or Wrathful Staff + During combat, grants bonus of Def/Res x2 to allies within 2 spaces (grants Def/Res + 3 if neutral, Each stat bonus calculated independently)

Elise - Budding Flower (OG)
Elise's Staff (Mt 14) After combat if unit attacked; eliminates foe's movement to 1.
(Refined) Dazzling or Wrathful Staff + During combat, grants bonus of Atk/Def/Res + 4 to allies within 2 spaces (grants Atk/Def/Res + 2 if neutral, each stat bonus calculated independently)

Rebecca - Wildflower
Rienfleche (Mt 14) At start of 1; grants Atk/Spd + 5 to unit.
(Refined) At start of every odd-numbered turns; grants Atk/Spd + 5 to unit. When Special triggers; boosts damage dealt by 30% of unit's Def + Res

(Refined): If foe's range = 2 and foe initiates combat, reduces damage dealt to unit by 50%.

Gray - Wry Comrade
Zweihänder (Mt 16) Effective against armored and cavalry foes.
(Refined): Wrath 3.

Boey - Skillful Survivor
Boey's Grimoire (Mt 14) Def +3. Raven tome effect.
(Refine): Distant Def 3.

Sakura basically provides def/res combat boost when any allies within 2 spaces have an active buff on either Def/Res by x2. Or she will at least have Drive Def/Res 1 permanently.

I really like the ideas. Some things I'd change or have questions about.

I like the super serpent tome.
I would make the hp threshold 80% though, since +12 def/res is already crazy.
Or change it to 'not weak to arrows'

Not sure if I understand Sakura's effect. I would just make it dazzing staff and Gives +3 def/res in combat to unit and allies within two spaces (So to the Sakura herself too)

And the same for atk/spd and with Wrathful staff for Elise.

That way the two can support and get a bit stronger with the staff effect.

Lastly Rienfleche? Does it give +10 at turn one and +5 at every turn afters. Or is the first effect replaced by the refine?
And the special effect seems wierd.
My version:
Normal: +10 damage when special triggers
Refined +5 atk/def for 1 turn on odd numbered turns, +5 def/res for 1 turn on even turns. (Waves just for the user)

s-sorry I should mention Grima's Faith refine removes the 'when foe initiates combat; grants Def/Res'. so basically she's just Def/Res + 6 everytime a foe intitiates on her..also we have a seal for removing weakness to arrows ..?

Sakura is a drive def/res support when any allies within 2 spaces have an active buff on Def/Res (the blue color number seen on map)
Lets say Odin has an active +6 Def/Res buff and within 2 spaces of Sakura. During combat, Odin's base stat + active buff (Def/Res) then MULTIPLY the active buff as combat buff by 2 (Def/Res).
If no active buff is available, You always get a +2 Def/Res within 2 spaces of Sakura.

Its the same for Elise! But instead of multiplying by 2, Elise's only gives Atk/Def/Res + 4 to any allies with an active buff during combat within 2 spaces. And always get a +1 Atk/Def/Res if no active buff is available.

Rienfleche's refined basically takes over the first effect.
R-really? I saw alot of people uses a Guard Bow Rebecca, so I though making use of her not-too-bad bulk.
