Unit at Feather Max limit of 2000 but won't release on home Screen

I have two unit that are currently at their limit but every time I gotten to the home screen I can't get the feather release from them. I have several other units, three at one shot, release their feather but I can't figure why these won't release them.

Time ago I read that is a glitch of sorts, but I've never experience it myself (8 of my characters just hit the cap in the current Tempest event) either that or maybe you pick them without noticing, like at the start of the day? (when you get the daily 5 feathers and such) Maybe in a rush or thinking about something else. If you're 100% sure that you're glitched/bugged, you should ask for support like this:
