Unfrotunate iv on Elise

thats basically a plus spd priscilla, the only competition as an offensive cavalry. If you have a 5 star priscilla then I would rather build her because it would be easier to plus 10 her. Elise is still really good and not really usable as any fodder, build her if you don't have anyone else and merger her when you pull a surprise Elise with better ivs.
