Umm... My orbs are gone...

Yesterday I had 6 f2p orbs on my account. I changed my device from android to ios so I downloaded the app on that device, linked my accound and everything was fine. I hadn't noticed anything wrong. This morning however, I noticed I only had one orb that was the daily one. I already sent them a notice about this but I'm scared they won't fix it. I mean it was a very small orb amount but still...

When you transfer your account to a different device orbs don't carry over but everything else does.

Seriously? Will I get them back since I sent them a notice? I highly doubt it

This only happens when you transfer to a different OS like you did. I'd advise you to log back in on your android (which should still have those orbs), do a YOLO summon and like... increase your barracks space with the one remaining orb. Those changes should carry over to your iOS device.

Uh nevermind. I looked deeper and deeper into the FAQ. They say that orbs obtained on operating systems other than iOS aren't compatible with iOS devices...
