Two Terrible IVs

Okay so last year I pulled a Summer Frederick, and unfortunately, it was -Atk/+Spd. While the +Spd is great, the -Atk isn't. So after saving up for 3 months, I used all of my orbs to pull on this Summer Banner. Fortunately ended up getting another S! Frederick; once again -Atk +Spd. Ajsjdfksdjk. Now that I'm at 0 orbs again after saving up for so long, do you guys think I can save up enough orbs in the 30 days the banner will exist to get another shot at it?
Sorry for this rant; just been feeling really on edge recently with my increasingly poor luck, both in game and out.

I spent around 390 orbs on this banner. Three months is a long time to go without any summoning. I did end up summoning on a few other banners that caught my eye in the timespan, unfortunately.

Yeah, -Atk on a Dagger unit with low Atk is dreadfuld , use fury, LnD to boost his Atk. His Res, obviously, isn't going to be prioritised, Def is quite high for a Dagger unit. I would go with fury.

-Atk on Summer Frederick actually isn't "that bad" if you take into account what his dagger does. Like every other dagger unit in the game, his "main role" is support. His Seashell+ (maybe a speed refine) debuffs the enemy's defense and resistance by 7 with an AoE, affecting other units within 2 spaces (like every other dagger, I think). It also gives his stats a boost of 2 when he's at 100% HP, then takes 2 damage after combat.

Fury and Renewal 3 is a pretty good synergy with his dagger, and you can do even more support by giving him a Spd Smoke C skill and, if you want, an Atk Smoke seal.

It sucks. Trust me, I know what it feels like to get "not so stellar" IVs for a unit, but it's really not so bad. At least it's not a speed bane. xD

Thanks a lot for the help. :) It means a lot; what bums me out more than the IV though is how difficult it is for me to maintain as a F2P; sometimes I just feel that I should be rewarded for the effort I put in to save the orbs, but then when it doesn’t go my way my effort feels wasted.
