Two questions on Alm and Felicia. Advise please?

So I made a 5000 IQ move and saved 400 divine dew. With the the refine update I plan on building Alm and Felicia as dragon and mage counters respectively. For my builds should I inherit swift sparrow onto Alm and mirror strike onto Felicia? If not I'd love to hear alternatives for their A-slots.
Also for Alm only, should I use his windsweep skill or swap it out for renewal?
Another thing my Alm is +HP -ATK sadly and my Felicia is neutral (plan to merge to +ATK -DEF later on)

Sorry, I don't see that Alm working. Pick someone else's weapon to refine first

Alm with Deathblow, Hit and Run, Infantry Pulse (or Threaten Def) and +atk sacred seal. Windsweep is unnecessary if you KO the enemy anyway.
Felicia I recommend +10 at 4*. Give her fury, res ploy for c slot and def ploy as seal. B is flexible
