Two PityBreakers in 28 orbs

+Res -HP Lucina (Aether Fodder?)

+Atk -Hp Lute

I am going to keep Lute, but i don't know what to do with Lucina, maybe i keep her and i fodder her if i get another with better iv's?
And, if i keep Lucina, what refine i give her?

If you want to keep Lucina, I‘d go with Sealed Falchion. It costs less Divine Dew and the skills you need to build her (Fury and Desperation) aren‘t as rare as some of the skills she wants with her regular refinement (Distant Counter, Atk/Spd Bond, Wrath, etc.)

It's not a pity breaker without a pity rate.

Lucina has the optimal IVs for her dragon killing role. As above, Sealed Falchion makes her work well as an easy to build solo unit while Spectrum Bond makes her a team player.

I consider that lucky. I spent 46 and got no 5*.
Lute is ok as blue magic tank/debuffer. In my opinion Masked Marth with neutral IV is better than that Lucina. I would fodder her for Aether.
