Two Brave Ephraims....

Merge, fodder or keep?

I managed to pull two bad boys in a single session (a feat I have never achieved oncr since launch), and both of them have neutral IVs. What should I do with 'em? There's not many units i can fodder special fighter or close defense to, but idk if a merge is worth it.... or maybe I should just keep the extra Eph? Make a power duo lol
