So back when the PoR banner came out I went for Ike all-in and actually got him. Sadly, his IV spread isn't the best piece of the cake being +Def -Atk. With the hero fest banner being out I got another one on my free summon, but also with a bad IV spread with +Res -Spd. Now I could do the following:
• Merging the +Res Ike with the +Def one getting +1 HP & Def and along with Fury and the Squad Ace B 1 seal he will be an all-rounder with 43/51/34/40/21,
• Using them separately with one being an allrounder and the -Spd one being rather a defensive hero (with QR),
• Sacrificing the +Res -SPD Ike for other heroes that may everntually join my team later on (maybe giving them Aether/Heavy Blade)
(• Doing nothing and cry)
But TBF, the part that makes me indecisive is that the second Ike I pulled has his nice Atk stat that hasn't been hurt by a bane. And he's a slowpoke (but he can tank mages more effectively)
Desicions, desicions...
I'd probably keep the +DEF Ike to be a pseudo-Xander. At least then he can be a nice physical wall instead of your +RES -SPD which will just get destroyed by everything (that RES ain't helping him). I would sacrifice the other one for heavy blade. Of course, doing nothing and crying is also a great option. Heavy Blade is pretty much only useful on +ATK Ikes because the ATK boon makes up for the ATK boosting A slot like fury he is missing out on.

So I just got a Celica from the TT banner and I would give her Heavy Blade. But because unlucky me pulled yet another hero with bad IVs (+Res -Spd) I would be willing to sacrifice another Hana, but that'd be wasting my feathers I wanted to save for a bigger project I thought about.
