Trying to fix B!Cordelia

My B!Cordelia it's +Def/-HP but I was thinking that LnD can help since her defenses are really low, and with that she can reach Atk 52 and Spd 40. Do you think still can work for a team with New Year Azura or any other kind of help that you can give me?
