Trying to build a cheap tank Roy

I loved the weapon refinement of Roy's Binding Blade and I wanted to make a tank build mostly for PvE content. I am not thinking about arena because I do not have Distant Counter nor Steady/Warding Breath fodder and I do not want to waste them on him, nor 5* units for skill inheritance. So I came up with this build for my +Spd -HP Roy:

Binding Blade (eff)
Swap
Bonfire
-
Fortress Def 3
Seal Def 3
Threaten Atk 3

With this build, when receiving an attack Roy has 34/32 base Def/Res, against an enemy which probably was hit with -5Atk and will have a -7 Def if still alive for end him. 34 Spd means he can avoid some doubles and 43 Atk helps when Bonfire activates and give an extra 17 damage. I leave the seal for now to support allies.

What would you change from this?

You say "cheap tank" but I'm not entirely sure what exactly qualifies as too expensive. The B skill isn't the best and could probably be substituted for something else, same with the A skill since it's trading in his attack for some more defense.

It is a budget build, so all of that is probably just temporary

I would recomend a build that i saw on youtube

binding blade (eff)
swap
ignis
close def
gaurd
threaten def
close def
when you get the fodder of course, in the meantime though, yours is fine

Oh, I totally forgot about Guard to avoid specials, much better than seal def since the killing part will probably be other party member's job. Sadly I don't have access to close def since they all go to my Sigurd project, but I can run it in the seal.

Why Threaten Def instead of Atk?

Fury and Vantage is what I would suggest. If Fury is something you don't want, TA or a Stance.

The seal skills are really bad. Quick Reposte 2 (4* Subaki) in the B Slot can let him double back against sword breakers or run Renewel(4* Fae) to keep his hp up in effect range, or run swordbreaker(4* Able) / axebreaker (4* Laslow?).
