Personally? I don't know.

If you've got Caeda; she just got a really quite nice buff in the form of the Wing Sword (Effective against Cavalry and Armor, Dancing Blade 3 on refine), but she lacks Flier Formation.

At the same time, though, Summer Corrin might NOT be in the next legendary banner either, that's a prediction that we have no real evidence to support. It could be Shigure in the Blue Limited slot (one permanent, one limited, one flexible since they said Fjorm wouldn't be available again until March). As always, it comes down to trusting in RNG.
