Trailer heroes stats and skills

Does the heroes in trailers always equipped with their base skills with neutral IVs?

As far as I can see Hinoka deals 17 extra damage with Luna means the enemy has 34 defense, she deals 34 damage without Luna so her damage output was 68 against effective targets, leading us to the base attack stats of 45, minus 14 from weapon that's just 31 base ATK (before taking into account of skills she might have equipped). I hope that is not the case as it seems kinda underwhelming to me and I really liked Hinoka :(

On the other hand Kana seem to have low attack like the female version of her father (most accurate description I can come up with) as well seeing draconic aura does not proc that much damage against target with triangle advantage (even so if she equipped Fiery Stance).

I just want Kana(F)... and with good ivs and stats(fates player)

i dont care for stats or ivs i just want her

Same....flier buffs with the fact that shes a ranged support unit make her ivs/stats less of a dealbreaker

I don't have any proof but most likely they have neutral IV's. Hinoka might have lowish attack but she might have a nice amount of speed. Same with Kana, might have low attack but other stats might be nice.
Anyways we'll see soon, but for now I have faith in them ( ´ヮ`)

The units on trailers are never on Lv40, so is impossible to know the IVs.

IS have been using LV 40 characters in their trailers for a while.

That's how when they revealed L!Ephraim we could easily know some of his stats because they used Valter as the enemy. (A unit without IV variation)

I'm not sure about that but she has 37 HP which seems like a suitable lv40 HP for a flying ranged unit so I just assumed so.

Yeah, but she deal 34 damage WITH the 1.5 for the weapon effectiveness againts flying units...

More like she deals 34 damage ONLY WITH the 1.5 multiplier. Yup, I have taken that into account and came into conclusion that her ATK was 45 at that time against someone with 34 DEF, but then ofc it might not be correct as there might be other skills affecting the outcome.
