A tough decision...

I've made a few posts already about my merge projects for the arena.
I'm just trying to muster the guts to sacrifice a few decent units for the cause.
Outside of my only (and crappy IV) copies of Hector and B!Ike, I'm also planning on sacrificing my only copy of B!Roy (+res/-spd) for Galeforce to Raven, my perfect IV Chrom I never use (+atk/-spd) for Aether... and my only Ike (+atk/-def) for a second Aether.
The 3 specials are to save 60k feathers. I don't care about Roy or Chrom, but I'm a little reticent to dump Ike. He's probably my 7th string red sword infantry unit, so it's not like he ever sees any time played. I also have a good IV L!Ike (+def/-hp) who I use fairly often.
Apparently I just need a little encouragement to sacrifice Ike to save myself 20k feathers (I still need 360k feathers to finish my merges).

Well if you don't want to sacrifice Ike you can farm feathers in rival domain or GHB, there are many guides that show how to set them up and they are fairly simple

if they are units you literally never use, I don't think you lose anything by foddering them. If you're me you probably find uses for them here and there (ex:AA) so I would accept to wait half a month for the feathers I would have saved, but if for some reason you can't wait half a month, I guess fodder them?
