TOP your favorite/worst FEH events

TOP 3 FAVORITES:

1. Grand hero battle.
Best mode for me: Thematic battles and fun to play. Not very hard, but also not very easy. And you can get your favorite villains and even feathers totally FREE!

2. Chain challengers. Pretty hard but not impossible like LHB. And its an amazing way to get feathers and especially ORBS, the two main resources of this game (for me).

3.Tempest trials. For good rewards, this one is the best event. You can get easily some orbs, feathers, limited characters or good sacred seals. Its pretty annoying because you have to play it recurrently, but its very worth.

TOP 3 WORST:

1. Tap battle. Obviously, the most bored event for me, I just play it for the orbs (not very much) and for some missions (accesories, orbs). That mission you need to bait top battles 20 times just for 3 orbs KILLS ME.

2. Tactic drills. I dont even try it, unless I need to get urgently some feathers. You dont get much orbs from this event, only feathers. However, I admit its a good way to get feathers (if you have LOT of patience and time).

3. Arena Assault. 7 fucking maps without losing a single round or hero (on my personal case) just to get nothing on that exact moment (on clasical arena at lesat you get 3000 feathers the first round, 3000!).

FAV 3:

1. Tempest Trials: rewards and free unit. Grinding is genuinely fun in TT.
2. Voting Gauntlet: Love, love, love the challenge and bringing the community together.
3. Tactic Drills: Great for grinding.

WORST 3:

1. Aether Raids: Really cool concept, love the replays. They need more ways to get grails and need to add restrictions like: only one of the same unit on a team, only one dancer or healer, etc.

2. Tap Battles: Not the worst, they're okay. I like that they're adding variety, it's just that they stay too long and that they don't give better rewards if you do them at more difficult modes or based on scores.

3. Arena Assault: I play it a few times then I'm done. Nothing more to do, when is kind of sadder than not even being there.

Faves:
Tempest Trials: great Rewards, need I say more.
GHB: originally this wouldn't be on my list, but the units have gotten a lot better.
Forging Bonds: wasn't sure about this when it was first announced, but it's nice for developing characters.

Worst:
Arena: do what I need to for the rewards and call it good.
AR: see Arena (had a lot of potential to be great, only to be screwed up as much as possible).
Arena Assaut: do my daily 3 runs and Surrender.

Best-
1. Aether raids - It stresses me out, but it also gives me the most satisfaction when I do well
2. Arena assault - challenging, but I don't like how I can't get top 1k no matter what I do.
3. Arena - I'm in a tier 20.5 limbo state where I only have to try every other week. Kind of stupid tbh

Worst
1. Tap battle- was fun the first 200-300 levels. now it's boring as af. I don't even bother turning on the music anymore.
2. Voting Gauntlet- boring. very little strategy required
3. Grand Conquest- very little strategy required (but more than Voting Gauntlet at least)

Top 3 Favorites

1. Tempest Trials: Amazing rewards and overall just a fun mode
2. Arena Assault: I find doing the 7 battles in a row a fun challenge and i tend to find a lot of variation with teams which is nice
3. Forging Bonds: Kind of like Tempest Trials only you get nice convos with the characters and soon we can get free summon tickets from it.

Top 3 Worst

1. Relay Defense: Remember this mode? It's honestly terrible with how inflated the stats get and the rewards are worthless. I'm glad that it's gone for so long, but it'll be back one day...
2. Aether Raids: It was fun a first but it slowly got worse and worse. All you see is the same old Verolynhardt + dancers strat and it's annoying. Now we have Mythic Heroes which bring an even greater P2W aspect to the mode because we totally needed that right?
3. Tap battle: It exists, therefore it is.

Best
1 Tempest Trials. Its fun. Several others have more or less explained it already.
2 Grand Conquest/Rival Domains. I personally love the scale of these battles. My only complaint is that they aren't bigger.
3 Arena. A fun place for fair challenge. Test your builds against other peoples builds. Get ideas.
Worst
3 Voting Gauntlet. Great concept, poor execution. Their attempts to prevent another Lucina made an even worse beast. I also dislike that often times your team ends up all one color, which the opponent counters hard.
2 Squad Assault. I personally dislike one death being insta-fail.
1 Tap Battle. Everyone else hit the nail on the head.

Top 3 Best:
1-Tempest trials: a mode where we can play over and over and get rewards, heores and seals that can bring new builds to the table

2-Arena Assault: This mode let me experiment with more units than my top 4 and due to not having bonus units I can use teams of 4

3-Grand hero battles: I like how we can see interesting and thematic fights here (besides there are some battles which difficulty is very dumb)

Top 3 worst:
1-Tap battles: useless, even with the rewards I dont take that seriously.

2-Relay defense: Unfair difficulty and not worth rewards

3-Aether Raids: It looked like a cool new mode, I thought it was one of the best we got in a long time but needs a lot of adjust to make it better, right now it sucks.

1)TT cause it's best way to grind and get new unit, tons of rewards and stuff.
2)AR i like it now cause i have freedom to use any units i want and scoore decently, it is a bit of fresh air after arena
3) Squad assault /Chain challenges
Top worst
1) Abyssal maps: pointless reward, high difficulty and explanation mark that taunts me
2) Arena cause merge projects takes time and investment and you have to do them and use armors, lots of armors
3) AA do i have to say anything?

Favourites:
1. Aether raids. Quite challenging. I wish we got orb and feather rewards though, especially if the difference between highest tiers and lowest tiers is small to none. It's a resource sink right now.
2. Grand conquests. No BST/SP/merge nonsense, good diversity of units, requires more positional thinking than any other mode. I'm starting to find it a bit repetitive though. I'd be more interested if I could dump 5 stamina lances at once and somehow they would make it even harder than upper infernal...not sure if that's possible without it being stupid like abyssal though.
3. Tempest trials, I think. This is a change for me. In the past I just found it bland and repetitive...to some extent it still is, but there are moments when I really need to think carefully about how to get through situations because the teams I bring are often a little thin and designed to accumulate SP or a bit of HM (whereas, for example, I spent over a month when I was originally figuring out an arena core and that team is really powerful and pretty well balanced, though it still doesn't work in the AR meta)

Least favourite:
1. Arena assault, at least right now. If I could build more units and confer some blessings this mode wouldn't be nearly so dreadful. At the moment I'm having to play it with underinvested units (like, base kits which aren't sufficient maybe plus one skill) and it's torture.
2. Arena. Why should one unit have to kill everything, and why should the rest of the team have to be nonsense just to satisfy arbitrary criteria?
3. Probably tactic drills, admittedly. In theory this mode should be good, but I'm a little too lost because the situations they throw at us are so far from anything we do in other modes due to units not having skills and etc. and I can never even figure out where to begin or what it is about my way of trying to solve the puzzle that isn't working and how I can change to see more tactical possibilities. So I actually like this mode, in a sense, but I don't like it because I don't have the necessary support to feel like I'm growing from it.

1. GHB/LHB/BHB
I didnt like these modes at first but I got into it later on and it encourages me to have fun with building. It's repeatable, and can be difficult. I think this mode has the same appeal as CC/AA so I'd lump them all together but CC/AA is just a bit too easy too win at. The repeatable challenging modes are my favorite. Could also be a favorite of mine.

2. GC
The actual gameplay of this mode is fun. I like using people's characters on my friends list. One of the few times I get to use Summer Innes too as I have someone with a +6. One of the modes I get most excited to play.

3. Voting Gauntlet
I love the salt of this mode more than anything else, but it's a reason. It's fun to root for someone and then watch people bitch that the mode is broken and multipliers are stupid every time they lose. Memes that come out of this are gold. Rewards are good for no investment.

Forging Bonds I think is also good, but the gameplay is bad. And TT the rewards are nice and the grind is ok but you have to be in the mood for it.

Worst
1. AR
I dread this mode. It's actually a more meta focused less fun arena. You can only play it twice or less a day so I spend about 10 minutes looking at this each week. Defense set ups aren't much fun unless you love meta units. You face armors, horses, or a mixture of the 2. And always the same of the units of each type. Rewards are ok but I wouldnt work my ass off for them.

2. Arena
I think arena as arena is not fun but if you play it to test units it is fun. I get tired of using my core to beat dragons and armors and it gets sick. Using random teams for no rewards I find more enjoyment from. Everything about its original purpose sucks though. I see some gems every now and again which adds to my friend list at least. Like Summer Innes +6 and Leon +10 (devil bow with horns too)

3. Rival Domains
I don't hate this but I need more rewards and a bit more flair. They were going in the right direction for a more exciting mode for this but did it badly. It seems more like a grindfest and a GC template which I guess it ok.

I actually think Tab Battle is good where it's at now. My only recc would be to reward me for a high difficulty and score.
