Tons of feathers saved. Who to Promote?

I have like 35k feathers, and I will get another 5k because of the QHB event. These are my options to make 5*:

Lilina (+atk -hp)
Mae (+spd -def), I could make her a blade mage (I don't have Linde)
Sheena (+def, -spd)
Roderick (+spd, -def)
Anna

Who's the best candidate here

Great IVs. It really depends on your needs...but I'd love to see Lilina or Sheena get the upgrade.

I'd want Lilina though, but only for Arena Assault, Squad Assault, and Chain Challenge purposes, since there is dilemma in red mages (though more considerable due to Bike presence). Sheena I will see if I get to roll Hector at 3.75% currently.

honestly would say anna or none of the above. 40k isn't tonnes, it's 2 promotes so unless you have a glaring slot on your team that could be filled by promoting (and i'm talking more skills/epic weapons unlocked at 5* than stats) i'd hold off

Sheena. Best ivs for her

If your planning on making an armor team go with Sheena, otherwise I recommend you save your feathers.
