This Tiki I found

they most likely puled a 5 star tiki and decided to use it instead of upgrading one. The build itself is probably fury to offset the -atk and then double renewal to heal fury damage.

Yep, it's the Falchion medic build using Breath of Fog, which shares the same effect.

I think it is probably a build mean for AA or having a budget combat healer in TT/CC
Fury because he doesn't have/want to use a premium A slot (SB) and fury is a good budget A skill who up the tanking and damages of the unit.
B slot + weapon = Same as Falchion user = 20hp healing in even turn, with reciprocal aid, she can heal 10HP/turn allies without losing HP
C slot and S slot for more tanking I guess.

Only the Iv's are quite bad, but for a combat healer they are not bad.

A medic build is obviously the skill choice.

The boon/bane though is interesting. It almost looks like they are trying to use her to check Julia or Deirdre. Both can be set up to survive a single shot from Tiki and they can kill if they get to double. So your standard -SPD Tiki can't handle them. And since they both like Fury; Tiki not only needs to speed up, but Fury up to keep up with them. That said, Tiki is a really shaky check to them. It isn't hard at all for Julia to hit the one shot range. So this would work better against Deirdre who can normally beat Tiki, but Tiki survives if she is +SPD/-ATK or -DEF. This could be even more important since this Tiki can't counter at range so she can't rely on ATK stacking for a one shot counter kill.

Just a guess anyways.

That seems like a good build if the QR seal would get involved.
