Threaten speed or Brash assault for Raven

I've recently built my +spd -def Raven, but I am doubting about which seal to give him. On the one hand threaten speed gives him higher chances of doubling, but on the other brash assault guarantees doubling under some circumstances. I'd like some feedback on what others think would be better. See the image for my current build.

I would assume Threaten Speed? A threatened combined with his Brazen Atk/Spd? Don't think many units would really get out of him doubling.

Although his defense and resistance is practically non-existent.

By the way, he doesn't need defense, nor resistance against dead foes.

So then how is he getting into Desperation range? He doesn't have Reciprocal Aid/Ardent Sacrifice, and he doesn't have Fury, so unless I'm missing something, the only way for him to get into Brazen/Desperation range is to take on an attack from an enemy. Sure, once he's in Desperation range then it's a wrap for a lot of units, but before then it's kinda hard to say since his defenses are so extremely low.

His insanely high speed prevents incoming follow-up attacks, and 61 bulk is enough most of the times as long as he doesn't get doubled. Some skills may enable opponents to double him, but almost all of them can be circumvented. Brave swords, brash assault and bold fighter won't work as long as he initiates himself, and vengeful fighter and quick riposte won't work if the opponent initiates. Since combinations of these skills are not optimal, you will rarely ever see them. The only exception is Reinhardt's Meisterschwert, but if there is one on the opponent's team you should just not kill that one first.

Maybe threathen atk on C and threathen speed seal. Threathen atk to help him survive into desp and brazen range
