Threaten Res or Panic Ploy for Nowi?

So I have the options of Panic Ploy or her regular Threaten Res. I think with the refinery update on the Dragon Stones, putting panic Ploy on Nowi would be far better in the long run, but I would like some advice on that before making it completely permanent.

My Nowi has 50 HP with the refinery on her, so she won’t have too many units resisting the Ploy.

I see a lot of Panic play Nowi's and they work pretty well. Can`t tell you what`s better since I don`t use one and never really had any problems with Nowi's

Yeah, I was just glancing through my units to see who all beat her in terms of HP to resist the Ploy. It’s a lot of Heroes that most people don’t use, or units who have a skill to add more HP to the unit (like Merric, seliph, and Marisa) and most people replace that with a better skill.

Definitely panic ploy over threaten res. She has a great Hp stat that will allow you to ploy most units. Threaten res is a bit situational and only activates when your opponent is in range, which will likely mean tanking a hit first. Given that LB+ attacks the lowest of your opponents stats, it’s only really useful against mixed tanks who don’t have a weak stat in either def or res.

I actually run infantry pulse on her with a panic ploy seal.
