Thoughts on my Fallen Celica build? (WIP)

I’ve been debating over a build for her after I tested the standard Fury build and didn’t really like it. While Fury does inflate her bulk, it also continuously takes away 6 HP, which kinda annoyed me.

Mine is +def/-res so I realized that she could stand to take away some def in exchange for inflating her attack and most importantly, speed. Her base defense is still 30 and Beloved Zofia grants her 34, so she still retains a decent amount of physical bulk while her monstrous attack grants her Draconic Aura every turn. Reciprocal aid lets her rinse and repeat, if Renewal doesn’t heal fast enough. I’ve also been debating Aether as a special for more consistent healing, which I may give her once I get a Chrom.

Stat wise, she’s very similar to Hana’s LnD build but with 30 defense and the added bonuses of Beloved Zofia. I also have Fury 3 on her so I can alternate between builds.

Aether is an interesting thought. In fact, this whole build is interesting. Fury 3 is kinda risky because she'll take 10 damage each time she's at full HP plus the damage that will be inflicted on her. Personally, I prefer to keep Luna on her but I've thought about Draconic Aura. Renewal is kinda worthless when you have a Physic healer.

I'd take off Reciprocal Aid and replace it with either Swap or Reposition. As for her C Skill, I have Savage Blow on mine because one, she's -Atk, and two, it seems fitting. It's actually quite handy. This is all my opinion. You do what you want with her.

Hmm... I haven't run the calculations to test out Luna versus Draconic Aura, though thinking about it now Luna would probably be better situationally, in match ups against tankier enemies. In arena I don't use healers, so I wanted to help her self-sustain so that Beloved Zofia is active more often.

Thanks for your feedback!! Was very helpful~

This is kinda what I was going for except I am planning to slap Fury on her, LnD really takes away from her bulk. While I do have a +Spd -Res one I do feel Fury is better. I have a Physic Healer in the form of Genny, so I switched back to my old Luna, I'm going to put LnD 3 when I have the fodder.

The problem I had with Fury is that she takes -6 damage from any engagement, whereas Beloved Zofia only takes off -4 if Celica attacks. So if a ranged enemy like a bow archer attacks Celica, she automatically takes -6 from Fury and loses the stat inflation, even if her defense was high enough to negate damage from the attack.

Since yours is +spd, I think Swift Sparrow is actually the best A skill. There's also a Fury/Desperation build that might be worth checking out, since Fury allows her to drop into Desperation easily.

Thanks for your input!

She doesn't actually lose much defensively with Life and Death and that nature. Renewal definitely helps keep her near that Zofia max threshold.

Depending on if you have a speed buffer in the team or not, Threaten Speed could do work for her in the C-slot. If she can have that stat buffed, maybe Threaten Attack or Defense instead to give her a bit more survivability or to augment her damage output. Nice start with her!

I actually haven't decided on a good C skill yet, since I'm not sure what team she'd belong in. I'd probably give her Hone Speed buffs from PA!Azura. If she does get demoted to 4*, I might +10 her and incorporate her into my main arena team.

Thanks! Appreciate the feedback c:

Please have pity on my build if it seems too strange. I normally expirement a lot. This build only fails if I get overconfident with her. Once she's in the threshold she can survive a lot of things. Ignis also works with this build but aether makes her survive a lot more.

I think it works! There's a lot of different ways to build Celica because of her base statline. It's a lot more defensive compared to mine, I was aiming to max her speed/attack and minimize her res at the expense of nerfing her def a bit, streamlining her into the typical hyperoffensive sword fighter like Ayra or Mia. Yours has a lot of mixed bulk, which should allow for more tankiness/survivability.

One suggestion I'd make is to replace Aether and Renewal, since they would be counterproductive to her A skill. The healing would take her out of Brazen Def/Res Range, in which she would be really hard to kill. I personally like keeping prfs on the character since they provide unique niche, but it's definitely a personal choice.

I normally switch out aether for either bonfire or ignis for extra damage and also switch back to beloved zofia for the unique effect it has. The only real reason I got aether on her is for the higher arena points lol. Both aether and renewal does take her out the threshold at times but it helps for units like Effie since she hits hard enough to knock her back into the threshold once she heals. I'm still expirementing but the build works for the most part. I do agree with making her a super offensive since she has the capability. She has a lot of builds that would work which is the reason I like her so much. Hopefully we'll both find the builds we will enjoy fully with her soon.
