I know seals can be confusing to pass around. But I sincerely hope this guy isn’t serious about this

Probably switched a seal like Close Def to one of his fast units and it swapped with Surtr who probably had it equipped.

Could probably be a meme seal.

Or he doesn't know how to use the seal.

I get you there, but it’s still pretty hilarious to see flashing blade on surtr, who had 17 spd.
