Is there anyway to use a +Hp/-Spd L!Grima?

Run QR slot B and DD/CD seal (or just QR seal). You can use flier buffs to kind of fix her speed but I would try to make her more of a tank

Yeah, 32 Spd will allow her to deny doubles while she can use Qr to double back. Those IV's aren't bad at all.
